Initiate IT gives you a fractional Head of IT: a named person who takes ownership of your technology for a set number of days a month. That means setting the plan and budget, managing your IT and telecoms suppliers, keeping security and compliance on track, and reporting to the directors in plain English.
Underneath that, we can run the day-to-day as well. That includes Microsoft 365 administration, device monitoring and patching, security and backups, and helpdesk support for your staff, on both Windows and Mac. Support is delivered remotely across the UK, with on-site visits in the North West when needed.
Every client gets the Initiate Portal, where you can see your services, tickets, meeting notes, strategy items, time spent and billing in one place.
We’ve looked after law firms, accountants and a construction consultancy, and supported clients through Cyber Essentials Plus remediation. Initiate IT is run by Ryan, who has worked in IT since 2014.
